Essential Job Duties
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and manage client experience and navigation initiatives to support timely, compassionate care.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients requiring assistance and collaborate closely with the Care Team.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and strategic initiatives that improve client satisfaction.
- Manage a volunteer program designed to enhance client and patient experiences.
- Monitor satisfaction trends (CalPro) and implement improvement strategies in partnership with hospital leadership.

Minimum Experience/Education
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Other Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy, service, and professionalism.
- Experience in a veterinary, healthcare, or client service environment.
- Knowledge of program or project management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and electronic medical record systems (such as EzyVet or similar software).
Required License or Certification
Valid NC Driver's License required
